At Caian Hair, we aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Please note that our suppliers operate internationally, and processing times may vary slightly depending on stock availability.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 2–5 working days

  • International: 5–10 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays.

Important Information

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK bank holidays

  • During peak periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable)

Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, Caian Hair is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
