Return & Refund Policy

At Caian Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we have strict hygiene and quality control measures in place.

Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, or tampered with.

If you wish to return your order, it must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery

Any returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to process

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return your item and place a new order.
